So, rainy season is starting up around here!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!! Just yesterday, we got an AMAZING rain!! It cooled things off at least 20 degrees!!! When it's 100+ outside, that's a huge difference!!! Of course, our little fish aka Zeke was loving the rain. Finally, we couldn't keep him in the house any longer...
Our roof is flat (as are most of the roofs here in Mali) so they have drain pipes on them that allow the water to run off. You can't really see it but Zeke found the running water and decided he would play in it. Which is what he's doing in the picture below.

So glad to hear you're finally getting good rains. I hope the heat is much more manageable for you now. Keep hanging in there... God gives grace, just what we need, only one day at a time. But I sooo understand the feeling of uncertainty and being ready to go before the planned time. It's hard!
